Own the words.
Get the job.
Our model is built around you. Whether you're walking into the room, making the call, pitching your business to bigger clients, or sitting the exam, you'll know you belong there. Modeled from your field and real conversations, with constant diagnostics and refinement along the way.
No two programs look alike, because no two fields do. We start by learning how your work actually runs, then build the vocabulary relevant to you and your business, the model on how to scale it, and the practice around it with Subject Matter Experts in Your field.
Six-week modules, twice a week, measured at both ends.

Our Approach
-
We start by finding out exactly where you are: comprehension on real documents from your field, unscripted spoken response to recorded scenarios, and a confidence self-rating. At the end of the module we run it again against a scored rubric
-
The terms your work runs on: contract language, technical specs, safety and certification vocabulary, payment terms, the shorthand everyone in your industry uses. Preparing for a credential? We work from the exam's own body of knowledge and its format: healthcare, care givers, childcare, project management, accounting, food handling, landscaping, and others.
-
There's a difference between explaining what happened and speaking as the person responsible for it. We build the patterns for pitching your work, walking a client through an estimate, explaining why your price is your price, and stating your track record without hedging. This is usually the part that changes how people treat you.
-
Change orders, scope disputes, a client who's unhappy and keeps pushing, the interview question you didn't prepare for. We work the de-escalation language and the firm-but-polite structures that let you hold your position without losing the relationship. Practiced against your real situations.
-
Full roleplay through complete scenarios: pitch, estimate, pushback, close. Some sessions run with a native speaker so the pressure is real. Between sessions, homework comes from your own materials: voice memos, marking up an actual estimate, drafting a reply to a message sitting in your inbox, etc.
Also available: Preparation for the U.S. citizenship interview and civics test, including the reading, writing, and speaking portions, plus practice for the interview itself.
